1. 01You drop context. Photos of the fascia or hoarding, rough sizes, tenancy rules, landlord PDFs when you have them, brand kit.
2. 02We respond fast. Target ≤3 hours on weekdays for first-pass BoQ—we flag missing info instead of burying placeholders.
3. 03Fabrication-aligned lines. Steel / ACM substrates, diffuser grade, pixel pitch, hoist or swing licences, façade power drops, commissioning—each labeled.
