Single-sided vs double-sided?
We recommend based on viewing angles, building setback, tenancy rules, and service access. Drawings show light throw and fascia interaction before production.
Can the face be swapped later for a rebrand?
Yes — many builds are engineered for repeatable face swaps and LED module access. We capture that intent in fabrication details so future revisions are quick and inexpensive.
Will the diffuser yellow under UAE sun?
We specify UV-stable PMMA or PC diffusers rated for outdoor exposure in Gulf climate. Material grade is matched to placement (sheltered interior vs full sun) and called out in the spec sheet.
Is installation included?
Standard quotes include supervised install coordination. Façade-specific rigs, cranes, after-hours lifts, or mall-curfew installs are scoped separately when your site briefing confirms access.
Lead time for a retail rollout?
First article 5–7 working days. Repeat units 3 days each in batches of 10–20 once jigs are stamped. We share a Gantt at quote stage so procurement and store-opening windows align.
