Do you warehouse stands between shows?
Yes — mothball crates with humidity silica; condition reports before each redeploy. Storage is included in our hybrid lease packages or charged separately for owned stands.
Lease vs buy?
Hybrid packages amortise truss and reusable modules over three seasons if your event calendar is predictable. One-off shows usually rent; multi-event programmes often save money buying.
AV integration?
Cable pathways are separated from mains per hall sparky rules. We coordinate with hall AV teams on signal handoffs and provide redundancy on critical screens for keynote moments.
Rush builds — can you do third-shift?
Express lane adds a third production shift. Critical path is communicated daily and fabrication is parallelised against approvals so the build-up window doesn't slip.
Logistics from workshop to hall?
We coordinate with hall security, lift access, and time slots from our Ras Al Khor facility. For ADNEC, transit times and visa coordination for crew are pre-booked against the build-up calendar.
